Mrs. Brooks School Supplies

2008-2009 School Year
* The following items are not required, please see me for concerns.
Academic Supplies: (Please bring only enough for the start of school and keep extras at home)
- Pencils ( non-mechanical preferred)
- Pens (blue or black preferred)
- Zipper pouch/Pencil box
- Notebook paper (wide ruled preferred, several packs)
- A 3-Ring binder (1 inch to 2 inch binders are preferred; the large zipper binders are tough to fit into the desks so regular binders are preferred.)
- 1 package of at least 5 tab dividers for binder
- Colored pens (any color except blue/black for grading purposes only)
- Dry erase marker and eraser (an old sock will do; I do not allow students to use Kleenex as erasers.)
- Folder (At least one folder to hold loose papers in their binder.)
Miscellaneous Supplies
- Erasers (pencil tops or other)
- Rulers (with millimeters and centimeters)
- Crayons
- Markers
- Colored Pencils
- Glue Sticks/Bottles
- Scissors (Fiskar preferred)
- Pencil Sharpener (non-electric preferred)
- Water bottle (an old sports sock will help collect the sweating from the water bottle)
Classroom Supplies Appreciated
- Kleenex
- Baggies (snack, quart, and gallon sizes)
- Cleaning wipes
